Exhausted? Hopeless? At Wits End? No consistency to your daily and nightly routine?
Help is on the way!
Healthy Sleep for Everyone
You might be remembering a time when you could sleep in, go to bed late and wake up feeling rested and energized. A newborn changes all of that, for sure. Unfortunately, most of us aren’t prepared for the days, weeks, months, and years of helping a baby develop good sleeping habits, all while being sleep deprived ourselves.
Most parents turn to their own parents, well-meaning friends, and even Google to help them find answers. Have you noticed that everyone has an opinion about how to help babies sleep? It can get really confusing, and the frustration only creates more tension in a home filled with tired, worn-out family members. There are so many possible answers and variables that play into why your baby is not sleeping well. I will get to the heart of your baby’s sleep issues. By the end of our time together, you will feel comfortable, confident, and supported.

Why Work With Kendra?
I provide a balance between knowledge and empathy which helps families I work with thrive and feel supported while they teach their baby or child one of the most important, independent healthy life skills: sleep! If you are finding my page, you may be exhausted – at wits end, or even hopeless about the possibility of getting a good night’s sleep or some consistency in your daily and nightly routine. Let me be your first sign of relief. Together we can get you closer to that reality!
There are many possible reasons for and variables related to your child not sleeping well. I work with parents to teach their children independent sleep skills, to fall and stay asleep at night, and to take restorative naps during the day. I love what I do – helping families get their sleep back, teaching new routines, and standing with tired moms, dads, babies and children as they learn new skills.

Sleep Consulting Expert
With a background in childhood education and my extensive training in pediatric sleep consulting in Alexandria and Arlington, Virginia, and around the United States, I am equipped with the education, training, and skills to help your baby meet his or her sleep goals. First, as a former educator, I have worked with numerous parents over the years to help each of their children reach their full potential. Second, as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I have continued this trend of collaboration to ensure children are getting optimal sleep to benefit their overall health and well-being.
Where I excel the most with families is in my follow-up support. I will work with you every step of the way so that you are not alone in the process. I will partner with you through the implementation of a collaborative sleep plan – through any successes and setbacks we encounter – answering any questions or concerns you have, and being there to support and guide you.
If you have a baby or child who is experiencing sleep issues, I would be happy to investigate further and get to the heart of the issue. Sleep is a biological necessity, not a luxury. It is an important component to a healthy lifestyle.
I have been personally selected, trained, and mentored by Dana Obleman, the renowned pediatric sleep expert and founder of the Sleep Sense Program. The Sleep Sense methods have been used by over 100,000 families (and counting) to solve their children’s sleep issues. I am one of the less than 200 Sleep Sense consultants in the world.
