Gentle Sleep Training & Pediatric Sleep Consulting for Babies and Toddlers
Help is on the way.
If you’re here, chances are you’re beyond tired. You’ve hit your limit after too many nights of broken sleep, too many hours spent bouncing, feeding, rocking, or lying next to your child until they finally fall asleep, staring at the ceiling, thinking about your long to-do list. Nothing feels consistent. You’re doing everything you can to keep it together, but it’s hard to be the parent you want to be when you’re running on fumes. You also need sleep. I’ve been there. Real, uninterrupted, restorative sleep. Because in order to be the best parent you can be, you need to feel rested too.
The good news is, it doesn’t have to stay this way. Sleep can improve dramatically. I work with families to create realistic, personalized plans that actually work for their child and their life. Whether you’re dealing with frequent night wakings, short naps, early mornings, or bedtime chaos, we’ll tackle it together. I provide a balance between knowledge and empathy, which helps families feel supported while they teach their baby or child one of the most important, healthy life skills, how to sleep independently. Sleep can be life-changing, and you deserve to feel rested again. Let’s get started.
“Working with Kendra was a gamechanger, not just for our baby to sleep independently, but for our home to thrive and become once again harmonious. We cannot more highly recommend working with her. Kendra is kind, a great listener, gentle with her feedback, and provided the best plan that was individualized for our family’s needs. A million thanks to her for literally changing our lives :)”
“Just do it, it’s life changing. This is one of the best decisions I made as a parent, for our whole household. Our baby is sleeping 11 hours at night with no wake-ups, with 3 hours of naps with clockwork consistent timing.”

Why Work With Kendra?
I provide a balance between knowledge and empathy which helps families I work with thrive and feel supported while they teach their baby or child one of the most important, independent healthy life skills: sleep! If you are finding my page, you may be exhausted – at wits end, or even hopeless about the possibility of getting a good night’s sleep or some consistency in your daily and nightly routine. Let me be your first sign of relief. Together we can get you closer to that reality!
There are many possible reasons for and variables related to your child not sleeping well. I work with parents to teach their children independent sleep skills, to fall and stay asleep at night, and to take restorative naps during the day. Sleep Consulting Expert
With a background in childhood education and my extensive training in pediatric sleep consulting in Alexandria and Arlington, Virginia, and around the United States, I am equipped with the education, training, and skills to help your baby meet his or her sleep goals. First, as a former educator, I have worked with numerous parents over the years to help each of their children reach their full potential. Second, as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I have continued this trend of collaboration to ensure children are getting optimal sleep to benefit their overall health and well-being.
Where I excel the most with families is in my follow-up support. I will work with you every step of the way so that you are not alone in the process. I will partner with you through the implementation of a collaborative sleep plan – through any successes and setbacks we encounter – answering any questions or concerns you have, and being there to support and guide you.
If you have a baby or child who is experiencing sleep issues, I would be happy to investigate further and get to the heart of the issue. Sleep is a biological necessity, not a luxury. It is an important component to a healthy lifestyle.
